Arg. It's day 31. Yesterday was a successful day on the face of it, but last night's sleep was not. I had very little deep sleep and woke up around 430. I don't think the weather helps.

I managed to get some Ketosis test strips for half price on Amazon and I've started to retest in the morning. Last night I was not in ketosis and this morning I'm still not in ketosis, although judging by the strip the number of ketones has increased very slightly. Let's see how the week progresses.

If you ever use the strips, make sure you keep them in a dark cupboard and use them within 2-3 months of opening the tube. They wear out very quickly. Light damages them and so does exposure to oxygen.

My weight is down again but I'm still recovering from the weekend.
