Friday was a more sensible day with an omelette and salad for the main meal, with keto seed cookies and cheese afterwards. We had a very quiet Friday night in front of the TV under the duvet. No wine, just herbal teas and then an early night.

My weight hasn't changed. As usual, I'm taking the weekend off and will resume on Monday. This year I have lost about 6kg overall and 3kg of fat. Depending on which reference you use, I'm below the threshold for being "overweight". I need to keep going with what I'm doing.

When I lost the bulk of my weight in 2011 & 2012, I stabilised around 78kg. The next step is to repair my arm and get back into an exercise regime. After 5 weeks, the brace has become a bit tedious.
