Whoops. I've overdone it this morning and as a result, I have a sore arm. The consultant said: "you will know when you have hit your limits" and this morning I have. It aches where the fracture was. Basically, I went shopping to do a large grocery shop because today I'm cooking a roast dinner.

Yesterday was a successful dieting day with a late meal of salmon, prawns in garlic butter, beans and a salad. I didn't sleep very well, so got up around 1:30 and played the Electron version of Frak! The Electron version has more levels than the BBC version. Also, someone has kindly hacked this version so that you can have infinite lives, infinite invulnerability and infinite jumps. It's a good way of seeing all of the levels, some of which are frankly very difficult. In normal situations, because it is a 1980s 8-bit game, if you lose all your lies you have to start again from the beginning. No saves, dude.

This morning we've already broken the fasting with eggs benedict and there will be doughnuts later too. The eggs were slightly less running than usual because I had the water too hot. Grrr. Anyway, I shall probably spend the rest of the day taking it easy. The last thing I want at this point is any setbacks - I was doing very well yesterday.

Today, I recorded the smallest weight since I've been keeping records (11th August 2019) and a respectable 18%. Of course this weekend I'll put a bit of weight on but I need a break. My one-handed tape measure has broken so I cannot record my waist. I really ought to get back into the habit of checking ketosis.
