Day 5 and I awoke with a headache. It took me a few minutes to ground myself before realising that it was a ketosis headache. Once I'd got up and got moving, it subsided a bit. I feel very alert and awake, ready to go out into the forest, build a fire and catch something like our ancestors had to. Have I gone mad? Perhaps a little bit. Sshh. Don't tell anyone, please.

We broke fast last night with chilli-con-carne, guacamole and cauliflower rice with a couple of squares of 100% chocolate. I maintained the high-levels of hydration throughout the day. 

Traditionally I have a day off from dieting on Saturday, but I will see how I feel in the morning. Here are the statistics:

The weight is flatlining as I would expect, but the statistics are going in the right direction. I didn't sleep well last night and I suspect I will crash later on. This evening I will be experimenting by having a takeaway with lots of carbs. It will be interesting to see if that affects the statistics tomorrow.
