Monday was spent at my desk, all day. A completely intense workday. I took a short break and parked everything around 1830. Just to put it in context, I managed 1459 steps yesterday.
Our meal in the evening was green chicken curry with cauliflower rice, pretty much keto fashion. We had some 100% chocolate afterwards. I drank plenty of water, but got a bit hot and bothered in my office. And before I went to bed I felt slightly hungry.

That is a worryingly small amount of REM sleep. REM sleep is important for memory and retention. Usually, alcohol is a killer of REM, but I didn't have any yesterday.
