Another day spent at the desk with an impressive 1664 steps achieved... At least the bulk of the project with a very tight deadline was finished at that desk and today I will have a bit more flexibility.

I drank less water yesterday but didn't overeat. Our meal was salmon with green beans and a salad. I had some cheese to increase my fat intake and a couple of squares of 100% chocolate. I did not expect my weight to go up, but it has. One thing to note though is that I'm not sleeping particularly well at the moment and I'm not sure why.
