I'm still "recovering" from the weekend. To do this sort of diet, you really need to stick to the rules to get the full benefits of ketosis. Yesterday we had salmon, vegetables and salad. Just before bed, I decided to eat some cheese and nuts. This would have been in a so-called eating window, but perhaps I shouldn't. Nevermind.
The weight has gone up slightly today but it will settle down as I settle back into eating one meal a day and making the meal just meat or fish with vegetables and salad. Notice though that the fat is on the decrease which is the way I want it.
I got some exercise over the past couple of days, mainly walking to the shopping centre and walking the dog.
