1MAD – Day#18

We ended up eating around 1600 yesterday. I think we were both a bit hungry, but also I had meetings in the evening so getting it out of the way seemed best. We had a red chicken curry with cauliflower rice and I also had a piece of cheese.

Clearly, something is churning through the system. This morning my weight is down and in particular my fat level is reducing.
