Yesterday was mostly spent at the desk working through the day, and then in the evening painting and decorating which I do not really like at all. We had chilli-con-carne with sour cream and guacamole, and lots of it.

Usually, at the end of the week, I have a headache from fasting. This week I'm feeling fine. I had no desire to have a glass of wine. However, I had some cravings. Strangely I am craving a bowl of Crunchy Nut Cornflakes. I don't usually eat cereal for breakfast. I'm about to have a bowl shortly before a day of decorating and I will take a break from dieting today.

But to the stats - the Fitbit software refused to analyse Friday's sleep. I woke up about an hour ago, very early for me. I am writing this at 525 and I might pop back to bed for a bit. The fat levels continue to drop so I am in ketosis. But I need a break today or I will go nuts.
