Since writing yesterday's blog entry, I have not eaten anything. I've had coffee, water and herbal tea to drink. We went for a walk instead of having dinner and went to bed early.
I do not feel hungry, but I feel different. It is hard to describe. I have a slight light-headed feeling, but I'm concentrating. I feel cold, but actually, the temperature has dropped for the last two days.
We will break our fast this evening and then continue the week with one meal a day until Saturday.
The excess fat put on over the weekend has gone. It will be interesting to see if I can hold this off.
