1MAD – Day#25

Once again, a successful day of fasting until dinnertime. We had salmon, stamppot and a small salad. The stamppot was made from carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and peas, along with a dash of cream and a ton of butter. I put a couple of grapes in the salad which is not ideal and using cream is debatable. I have settled into the fasting pattern now, although I was beginning to get hungry around 1600.

This morning there is a slight increase in my fat but nothing I’m going to worry about.
