I'm up a bit later today. Despite what the Fitbit sleep statistics say, I had a dreadful night's sleep. I just could not settle after waking at 0115. Still, the Fitbit says I did well...

After a 45km bike ride and a dog walk, I entered ketosis. This morning I'm still in mild ketosis despite having some dry white wine last night after dinner. So that is where I want to be, although with a higher fat level than perhaps I would want. That is the price for two days off last weekend. I feel tired and I'm ready to finish the week and relax.
