For the first time ever I've lost weight on a cheat day... oh well. I decided to have yesterday off. We had beans on toast for breakfast, some pastries in the afternoon and pasta in the evening. With some wine, naturally. Anyway, the weight dropped overnight and so we start the week well. I'm going to try to get more steps in this week if I can.
My arm is aching and I've resorted to painkillers. Hopefully, it is a sign of healing.
