Headline: A relatively lightweight cheat weekend ending in a healthy meal. I can’t claim Sunday as a success because we had a small lunch and some non-alcoholic beers, but I good start for the week. Lots to do today – three very large tasks to get through. They are all achievable but I need to press on with it.
As a result of pushing the muscles this weekend, I have much more movement in my right arm, so hopefully, it’s just a matter of time before I’m back to normal. I appear to be safely under the 80kg barrier. Once I’m through the fracture, my next step is to build a bit of muscle and increase my fitness level. I doubt I will be back on a bike this year though.
