Life on Mars
The recent press release about SpaceX making its own laws on Mars when they finally get there reminds me of two talks given 4 years ago by my friend Jamie. In one talk he discusses governance on Mars and in a later talk he discusses the potential economics on Mars. In the first, he discusses the independence of Mars from Earth's laws and the Outer Space treaty.
