What happens when you have a day off dieting and eat lots of carbs? You put on weight. Most of it will be water retention and I’m not particularly worried, but notice how the fat levels have increased in the stats below.
We spent most of the day decorating. Today will be the same and hopefully, we will have finished the room we are doing. Once we have eaten this evening, we plan to fast through Monday until Tuesday dinner time.
